By accessing or using KTL.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

KTL.AI is operated by Cybrix LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

KTL.AI is a self-hosted Kubernetes DevOps platform that helps you manage environments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure. We provide software tools and documentation to deploy and operate the platform on your own infrastructure.

You agree to:

• • Not attempt to hack, break, or reverse engineer our systems
• • Not use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
• • Be respectful in all communications with our team and community
• • Keep your account credentials secure

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

KTL.AI and its source code are provided under open source licenses. The KTL.AI name, logo, and website content remain the property of Cybrix LLC.

You retain ownership of any data or content you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.

• • Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled.
• • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Your access remains until the end of the current paid period.
• • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law. Refund requests are assessed case-by-case.
• • Taxes & fees: Prices exclude applicable taxes and fees, which may be added as required by law.
• • Price changes: We may change prices with prior notice; changes apply at the next renewal.

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions, and you will comply with all applicable U.S. and international export laws and regulations.

14. DMCA/Content Notice

If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, please send a notice including: (a) your contact details, (b) identification of the copyrighted work, (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location, (d) a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, and (e) your signature.
